Lenten Lectures by Dr. Tan Kim Huat, Chen Su Lan Professor of New Testament and also the Dean at the Trinity Theological College. In addition to his many scholarly interests (the chief of these being the subject of the emergence of Christianity within a Jewish matrix), he is concerned with the struggles and issues faced by ordinary churchgoers.

Prof. James Houston spent more than 23 years as lecturer and fellow at Oxford University in the discipline of the history of ideas and historical geography. He was also the founding Principal of Regent College (Vancouver), and later Professor of Spiritual Theology. Now retired, he is at present working in collaboration with Prof. Bruce Waltke on a commentary and history of the exegesis of the Psalter.
